World Phone supports advanced Voicemail services via PSTN or VoIP lines to allow subscribers to check their voicemail from anywhere in the world anytime. Some of the standard Voicemail features include: Custom Greeting, Web and Phone Voicemail management, Web Access to Voicemail (download, and delete messages), Password management. In addition, World Phone offers advanced Voicemail services such as Voicemail-to-Email (Unified Messaging) to allow subscribers to receive each voicemail audio file or just a notification for voicemail to the specified email address. Each subscriber can decide to forward calls to the Voicemail if the Service Line is busy, does not answer, or simply if they do now want to talk to the caller (call screening).
Voice Mail is automatically activated once you signup for World Phone services. Subscriber can use voicemail feature in two ways Web or Phone.
Web - Please visit www.worldphone.in and login with your username
and password. Once you logged in the website, click on the voicemail setup
to manage your voicemail box and listen/delete or download your voice
message.
Phone - To access voicemail from your VoIP phone dial *8#. You will be prompted with IVR messages and you can manage your voicemail message accordingly.
To access your voicemail from any phone in the world dial your virtual number and press 2, then enter your voicemail password and follow the IVR messages
